Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' current experience in casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain state-approved license
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • display a positive and friendly attitude towards all guests
  • able to withstand physical demands of restaurant work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 2 years' experience in casual restaurant management
  • previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
  • experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain a state-approved license
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • strong leadership and multitasking ability

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations including safety, quality, and compliance
  • lead daily decision-making and staff scheduling
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • guide and develop team members
  • control operational costs and protect company assets
  • implement improvements to drive performance and guest satisfaction
