Job Requirements

2-5 years of hotel management experience
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of hotel financials and budgeting
Ability to deliver exceptional guest service
Experience with hotel systems and technology
Ability to manage and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

2-5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a branded hotel
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, and revenue management
Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency with hotel systems, Microsoft Office, and related technology

Job Duties

Lead all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and Food & Beverage
Build, coach, and retain a motivated, guest-focused team
Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
Ensure exceptional guest service and respond effectively to guest feedback
Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue and profitability
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies
Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
Identify and manage operational and reputational risks
