Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of hotel management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel financials and budgeting
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service
- Experience with hotel systems and technology
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a branded hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, and revenue management
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with hotel systems, Microsoft Office, and related technology
Job Duties
- Lead all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and Food & Beverage
- Build, coach, and retain a motivated, guest-focused team
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
- Ensure exceptional guest service and respond effectively to guest feedback
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies
- Oversee property maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
- Identify and manage operational and reputational risks
