  • Proven success in luxury hotel performance
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field

Job Duties

  • Manage owner relationships on behalf of Auberge to maintain trust and confidence
  • Oversee the development of strategy and business plans to deliver luxury hospitality and experiences
  • Initiate, facilitate, and guide the creation of unique guest experiences through curated adventures, activities, and amenities
  • Develop recruitment and employee branding strategies to become the employer of choice
  • Build and maintain a culture of trust, pride, and joy resulting in high employee engagement
  • Oversee the implementation of guest experience programs including pre-arrival to post-departure stages
  • Ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting to ownership for planning
