As part of the esteemed Auberge Collection, Bowie House boasts a four-story building with 106 rooms, including 88 guest rooms and 18 suites. Among these is a grand 2,250 square foot signature suite that embodies luxury and comfort. The hotel’s design intricately weaves Western cultural elements such as boot jacks and hat racks with modern furnishings, lighting, and artwork, generating an atmosphere of warmth and welcome. This unique blend offers guests a genuine connection to both history and contemporary luxury.

The hotel serves as a social hub for both locals and travelers, featuring a variety of engaging spaces. Guests can relax in the stylish library lounge with handcrafted cocktails, dine in the signature restaurant overlooking tranquil outdoor terraces, or unwind in elegant cabanas by the infinity pool on the second story that overlooks a serene garden oasis. Bowie House is known for its conviviality and camaraderie, fostering an environment that encourages lasting memories and an unparalleled guest experience.

This exciting opportunity is for a General Manager role at Bowie House. The General Manager will be the driving force behind the hotel’s exceptional operational performance and strategic growth. The position also entails supervising the comprehensive guest experience, ensuring exceptional services at every touchpoint from pre-arrival to post-departure.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing operational programs such as OS&E, uniform, and retail programs with a design-led approach that reinforces the guest experience, preparing accurate monthly financial forecasts for owners, and playing an active role in sales promotion. The General Manager must be a visible leader and sales champion, cultivating relationships with influential travel advisors, clients, and media to elevate Bowie House’s brand within the competitive luxury hospitality market.

Bowie House is part of Auberge Collection, a renowned portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs known for bringing the soul of each locale to life with captivating design, exceptional cuisine, innovative wellbeing programs, and gracious yet unobtrusive service. With 30 unique properties worldwide, Auberge offers guests unforgettable experiences in some of the world’s most desirable destinations.

Furthermore, Bowie House is backed by Friedkin, a diversified, privately held family of global brands spanning various industries including hospitality, automotive, entertainment, and sports. Established in 1969 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, Friedkin is committed to redefining industry standards through innovative and breakthrough brands. This association provides Bowie House with a strong foundation for long-term success and growth.

This role is an exceptional chance for an experienced hospitality professional to lead a luxury boutique hotel with rich cultural heritage and modern sophistication.
