Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years of current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • Display a positive and friendly attitude towards guests
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain per state mandates

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years of current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • Previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain state-approved license
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
  • Lead daily decision-making and scheduling
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service standards
  • Guide and develop team members through effective leadership
  • Control costs and manage budgets
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance guest experience and profitability
  • Protect company assets while fostering a positive work environment
