This position is well-suited for an individual with at least two years of experience in the casual restaurant industry, preferably with some background in food service management or deli operations. We value candidates who bring a positive attitude, a passion for the hospitality sector, and excellent communication skills. Maintaining operational standards including cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance will be critical, as well as the ability to multitask in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. This role requires availability during evenings, holidays, and weekends, consistent with the nature of the restaurant business.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- Display a positive and friendly attitude towards guests
- Ability to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain per state mandates
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain state-approved license
