This position is well-suited for an individual with at least two years of experience in the casual restaurant industry, preferably with some background in food service management or deli operations. Maintaining operational standards including cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance will be critical, as well as the ability to multitask in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. This role requires availability during evenings, holidays, and weekends, consistent with the nature of the restaurant business.
