The role of Supervisor reporting to the Regional Director of Operations is instrumental in driving the overall success of the hotel. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, including sales and marketing, guest relations, employee staffing, cost controls, revenue management, and compliance with brand standards and legal requirements. The Supervisor plays a key leadership role, fostering a positive, customer-focused work environment and ensuring that all team members deliver outstanding service. The Supervisor will also collaborate with the Revenue Manager and Director of Sales to optimize room rates, maximize group bookings, and actively participate in community and business development efforts. They are tasked with conducting necessary financial reviews, processing invoices punctually, and maintaining accurate records to support the financial health of the hotel. Regular inspections and maintenance oversight ensure compliance with brand standards and create an appealing environment for guests. Additionally, the Supervisor ensures proper staffing levels, timely employee performance reviews, and completion of required training, all contributing to a motivated and competent workforce.
