Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel supervisory or management position
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and flexible schedule
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to enforce policies and ensure compliance with laws
- Capability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in basic math and financial processes
- Certification in relevant areas such as food handling and CPR may be required
- Ability to perform regular inspections and maintain property standards
- Competence in employee management and staff training

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create a positive team-oriented environment
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
- Maintain regular attendance and work schedule
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and problem-solve
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Comply with certification requirements such as food handlers and CPR
- Enforce all policies, procedures, and relevant laws
- Review and maximize rates and group bookings with Revenue Manager and Director of Sales
- Conduct sales calls and participate in community affairs
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training
- Achieve budgeted revenues and cost controls
- Perform financial reviews including budgets and payroll
- Process invoices timely and keep A/R collectibles under 90 days
- Ensure safety and loss prevention measures
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the property
- Ensure full and professional staffing
- Conduct employee performance reviews on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
