The General Manager (GM) is a crucial leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned restaurant's operations. This position is geared towards driving profitability, maintaining service excellence, and leading a motivated team of managers and employees. The GM will be accountable for achieving planned sales and profit levels through effective implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
