Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related hospitality leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience may be considered
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Ability to handle financial reports and budgets efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent sales and marketing capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Experience in staff recruitment, training, and retention
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and tools
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service
Job Duties
- Handle daily operations and oversee all hotel areas including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales
- Market the hotel’s quality products and services to exceed guest expectations
- Provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent delivering the WOW guest experience
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate hotel employees
- Assist guests promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with departments to achieve budgets and build strong working relationships
- Motivate staff and ensure cleanliness and safety of the hotel
- Create annual budget and monitor financial performance
- Produce and explain monthly financial reports
- Deliver strong financial performance while maintaining guest relations
- Collaborate and learn with other ZMC Hotels General Managers
