Job Duties
- Meeting budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P and L
- Continually analyzing data and developing plans to improve sales, profits, and restaurant service
- Determining staffing needs and hiring appropriate candidates
- Ensuring shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction
- Training team members and managers on operations, policies, procedures, and guest service
- Identifying and responding to complaints and policy violations
- Providing regular feedback and coaching to employees
- Ensuring the restaurant is safe, clean, and fun for employees and guests
