Job Duties

  • Meeting budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P and L
  • Continually analyzing data and developing plans to improve sales, profits, and restaurant service
  • Determining staffing needs and hiring appropriate candidates
  • Ensuring shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction
  • Training team members and managers on operations, policies, procedures, and guest service
  • Identifying and responding to complaints and policy violations
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to employees
  • Ensuring the restaurant is safe, clean, and fun for employees and guests
