As the General Manager, you will hold a pivotal role overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring that both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions operate seamlessly. Your primary motivation will be driving high levels of customer satisfaction, achieved through excellent service delivery, proactive problem resolution, and a personal commitment to quality. You will utilize profit and loss (P&L) statements and other business intelligence tools to manage finances effectively, striving to meet and exceed profit goals. This includes careful budgeting, expense tracking, and sales strategy optimization.

The General Manager role demands a proactive leader skilled in sourcing, hiring, coaching, and motivating staff. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Proficient with financial management software and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial statements including P&L
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed
