This exciting role is for a leader to manage Scooter’s Coffee’s newest drive-thru only store. The position is designed for someone with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality who can lead and develop the culture of the store while upholding the company’s core values. As a store manager, you will be instrumental in creating an inviting environment and exceptional customer service experience, even if coffee is new to you. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. The role is full-time, requiring 40-45 hours per week, and offers a competitive base salary ranging from $48,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, there is a competitive bonus program, providing further earning potential.
In the capacity of the store manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a skilled team of baristas and management staff. Demonstrating an engaged and motivating management style is key to fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your role will also involve ensuring high-quality customer experiences by overseeing proper staffing, recipe execution, and embodying Scooter’s renowned "Amazing" customer service standards. Collaboration with senior management will be vital to continuously improve both team member and guest experiences. Additionally, you will work towards building strong relationships within the local community to drive sales and brand recognition.
Operational duties include controlling expenses in line with budget metrics, maintaining meticulous records and reports, and ensuring the store’s appearance, cleanliness, food safety, and equipment upkeep meet company standards. You will be held accountable for all aspects of store operations, including accurate cash handling, point of sale system management, and adherence to safety and operational procedures. This role offers immense growth potential, with many new locations in development, providing ample opportunity for career advancement within the company. It is important to note that you will be employed by a Scooter’s Coffee franchisee, an independent business owner, who sets their own employment terms, including wage and benefits, which may vary from location to location.

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and develop baristas and the management team
- Demonstrate an engaged management style that inspires your team
- Ensure a quality customer experience through staffing, execution of recipes and techniques, and by providing Scooter’s "Amazing" customer service experience
- Work with senior management to improve the team member and guest experience
- Build sales through relationships with guests and the community at large
- Control expenses to budget metrics
- Maintain records and generate reports as required
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment
- Ensure all cash handling, point of sale system, safety, and operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner
- Maintain final accountability for store operations
