The role available is for a General Manager, a critical leadership position tasked with running a profitable and efficient McDonald's restaurant. This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by the prospect of managing a high-volume quick-service restaurant and who thrive working with teams. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the restaurant meets and exceeds McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. As a General Manager, you will lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their goals, overseeing their progress, and coaching them to enhance their departments and the overall guest experience. This role requires strong leadership skills to recruit, develop, and retain top managerial talent, including Department and Shift Managers. Experience in managing high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is highly desired.
