About the Role: This General Manager position is a key leadership role within the restaurant, reporting directly to the Area Director. It requires a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience managing in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industries. The General Manager is charged with managing the entire restaurant environment, ensuring prompt and friendly service that adheres to company guidelines, and building a culture aligned with the company’s mission and values. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, managing inventory, guaranteeing high standards of product preparation and presentation, and actively participating in community engagement efforts to increase sales and brand awareness.

The General Manager also plays a critical part in enhancing guest experiences by overseeing table visitation goals, handling guest complaints effectively, and teaching alcohol awareness with adherence to local regulations. Staffing and team management are significant components of the role, requiring recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a trained and motivated staff. The position demands strong leadership skills to foster teamwork and continuous professional development among team members. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of general manager experience in restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must have current alcohol and food certifications that meet city, county, state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Able to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Must be physically able to work in kitchen or service areas as needed
