The job requires availability to work 50 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, and demands the ability to handle dynamic challenges in a busy restaurant environment. Embracing technology through Microsoft suite products, back-of-house systems, and HRIS platforms is necessary for success in this position. Joining Long John Silver's as a Restaurant Manager means being part of a team that values every contribution and aims to create memorable dining experiences, all while living up to the company's PIRATE values and mission to deliver sustainably caught, high-quality seafood from sea to plate with a signature "bell-ringing" celebration at the end of each visit.
