- Passed Restaurant General Manager Readiness Checklist
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Valid Driver's License

- Ability to read and interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and computing rates and percentages
