The role of General Manager at Urban Air is pivotal to the success and operational excellence of the park. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations and management
- Experience in hospitality industry such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain professional grooming and conduct
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
