Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years managerial experience in a relevant field
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- proficiency in business planning and operational management
- commitment to promoting positive work culture
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to resolve member concerns effectively

- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to drive sales and operational results
- experience in hiring and developing staff
- knowledge of fitness industry and club operations
- proficiency in performance management and coaching
- track record of maintaining financial performance and controlling labor costs
Job Duties
- Manage the pace, financial performance, and consistency in the club
- drive operational goals, objectives, and priorities for lead roles and responsible for attainment of club financial results
- hire and develop the club team with emphasis on lead positions
- manage performance of team members to maintain company standards and financial results
- communicate and lead by example to deliver the House of VASA approach
- maintain a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club
- ensure team members create and maintain UPLIFT culture in the club
