Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year restaurant management experience preferred
- Minimum two years food service experience preferred
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations and report to corporate staff
- Manage profit and loss, meet store-level sales targets and control staffing and inventory costs
- Maintain accurate par levels on all ordering guides and prep sheets
- Complete all hiring, onboarding and career development procedures
- Motivate employees to deliver customer service excellence by recognizing outstanding work performance and providing constructive feedback
- Participate in mentor program
- Understand and strictly enforce store policy
- Ensure orders are made according to recipe and procedure
- Maintain excellent drink and food consistency and quality
- Promote the Beyond Juice brand and maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Make schedules for all shifts and approve and keep track of any changes
- Oversee sanitation of workstations including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, blenders, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure team complies with food safety and health codes and cash handling procedures
- Keep inventory organized and all equipment in clean and good working condition
- Ensure retail cooler is properly stocked and organized
- Handle cash and deposits
- Participate in ongoing training and mentor program
- Provide feedback and suggestions to company and manage workplace change
