The GM must be at least 18 years old and carries the primary responsibility for managing all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, and leading a team of management professionals and hourly employees. The GM ensures that business objectives, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial goals, are consistently met or exceeded. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
