SONIC's commitment to quality, fun, and community spirit has made it a cherished destination for families, individuals, and groups seeking a classic American drive-in vibe with modern convenience like mobile ordering and exclusive customer rewards through its app.

Moreover, you will drive the hiring process, interview prospective employees, and cultivate a positive workplace culture aligned with SONIC's standards and values.

Operational excellence is key to your role; this includes monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, managing payroll and employment records, and analyzing financial performance through detailed operational reports. You will also develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract more customers and enhance revenue growth. The General Manager position at SONIC requires a blend of solid business acumen, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a passion for food service and guest satisfaction.

Working at SONIC means embracing a vibrant, fun environment with a team-oriented culture. You will enjoy the perks of a flexible schedule, health insurance, and the opportunity to be at the heart of a company that is committed to providing not just meals but memorable moments. The schedule includes varied shifts with evenings, weekends, and holidays, demanding adaptability and a dedicated work ethic.

Joining SONIC as a General Manager provides a career path with growth potential in the restaurant industry, honing your leadership, operational, and business management skills in a supportive yet challenging setting.
