Job Duties

  • Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Check product quality and communicate with customers to assure availability
  • Train and coach employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
  • Conduct meetings with team members and management for planning, training, and reviewing operations and policies
  • Develop and maintain sales levels utilizing local store marketing
  • Monitor utilities, supplies, and cost categories to minimize impact
  • Analyze profits and loss statements and take corrective action
  • Control restaurant inventory through an established system
  • Use company approved labor guidelines and post labor schedules
  • Adjust labor to sales volume changes
  • Manage restaurant cash control by making daily bank deposits

  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, uniform standards, and overall image adherence
  • Keep District Manager informed of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
  • Process payroll accordingly
  • Maintain applicant tracking
  • Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
  • Maintain personnel files and post required government posters
  • Utilize preventive maintenance systems for buildings and equipment
  • Attend District Manager’s meetings
  • Perform all required administrative paperwork
