Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience in hospitality or Asian-inspired cuisine preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo 6-8 weeks of training in Seattle
  • Ability to work full-time and adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in hospitality or Asian-inspired cuisine
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with guests, staff, and vendors
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and guest-centric service

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and quality control
  • Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a welcoming and memorable dining environment
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members to create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions, events, and community engagement strategies
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards, as well as company policies
  • Promote core values: honesty, transparency, respect, empathy, and continuous learning
