Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in hospitality or Asian-inspired cuisine preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo 6-8 weeks of training in Seattle
- Ability to work full-time and adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in hospitality or Asian-inspired cuisine
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
- Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with guests, staff, and vendors
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management
- Deep knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance
- Passion for food, hospitality, and guest-centric service
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and quality control
- Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a welcoming and memorable dining environment
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members to create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions, events, and community engagement strategies
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards, as well as company policies
- Promote core values: honesty, transparency, respect, empathy, and continuous learning
