The role also requires organization and supervision of daily shifts to maintain exceptional guest and employee experiences.
In addition, this position involves managing costs, driving sales, and promoting business growth aligned with defined financial goals. The candidate will collaborate with the management team in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing back-of-house employees, as well as performing inventory management and supply ordering. Strong decision-making skills, the ability to hold employees accountable, and promoting teamwork and positive workplace culture are essential components of this role.
Flexibility is a must as the role requires working various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, potentially at multiple sites with possible overnight travel. Physical demands include moving and lifting weights up to 50 pounds at times.
