Job Requirements
- Work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available to close the store at least once per week
- Attend corporate business meetings and conferences including overnight stays and interstate travel
- Maintain valid identification for airline travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
- Proven financial management skills including driving sales, interpreting data, managing payroll, and controlling expenses
- Experience in retail management with focus on inventory, operations, service culture, and merchandising
- Leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent
- Proficiency with technology such as Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure, exercise good judgment, and be adaptable
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink goals
- Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
- Leverage forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity
- Address financial and operational issues identified through reports and audits
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge
- Attract, hire, and retain diverse talent while managing staffing needs
- Address policy violations with appropriate corrective actions
- Foster a highly engaged team through collaboration and communication
- Create an inclusive environment that encourages associate growth and engagement
- Lead manager and associate development including training, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Participate in ongoing training and ensure team participation
- Model open communication, share enterprise strategies, and set aligned goals
- Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to drive business results
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- Use scheduling and task management tools effectively
- Protect company assets through inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention
- Manage day-to-day inventory processes and theft reporting
- Support continuous improvement by adopting company initiatives and technology
- Communicate regularly with field leadership on business trends and operational challenges
