The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, managing both front and back-of-house functions to deliver smooth and efficient service. Core responsibilities include following up on necessary paperwork such as forms, reports, and employee schedules to maintain organization and compliance. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 plus years of previous management experience in casual dining preferred
- 5 plus years of full-service restaurant management experience preferred
- experience teaching and training staff
- Servsafe or food safety certification preferred
- ability to ensure product preparation and presentation meet company standards
- ability to effectively schedule associates to meet sales demands
- ability to promote quality recruitment and referrals
