Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is currently seeking an experienced full-service General Manager to lead their high-volume Concord, California location. This leadership role requires a passionate individual who prioritizes exceptional culinary execution and delivers consistently outstanding service through a motivated, well-developed team. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to cultivating a people-first culture where both employees and guests feel welcome and valued. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • Valid CA Responsible Beverage Service Certification
  • ServSafe certification
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
