The role of Assistant Manager at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is a unique opportunity for motivated individuals who want to advance their restaurant management expertise. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license
  • able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
  • 2 or more years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more employees
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
  • bilingual English/Spanish a plus
