Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or GED
- some college preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ability to adapt to new systems quickly
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements
- demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
- knowledge of labor laws
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- initiative and assertiveness
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- strong leadership and ability to manage, train, develop and motivate diverse crew
- passionate about hospitality and serving guests
- ability and flexibility to work 50-60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- staff the restaurant timely with carefully selected team
- ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
- oversee orientation and onboarding
- develop and execute shift leader and performance plans
- make final hiring and separation decisions
- create team member schedules considering availability and payroll
- own overall team performance
- create and maintain a positive restaurant culture
- audit operations and develop improvement solutions
- understand budget and cost trends
- create business plans and perform financial analysis
- control cash, property, product, and equipment
- build sales and control labor and food costs
- meet targets set by leadership
- maintain operational standards and company requirements
- identify and communicate maintenance issues
- ensure effective communication from district manager to team
- coach and mentor team members
- leverage restaurant support center
- ensure all risk management complies with standards
