The position being offered is a critical management role within a U.S. Lawns franchise that entails comprehensive responsibilities across financial oversight, client relations, employee management, and safety compliance. Candidates who join this team can expect to handle diverse duties such as managing budgets related to labor, materials, and administration, maintaining and interpreting financial performance reports including profit and loss statements and cash flow analysis. This role serves as the primary liaison between the franchise and clients, managing client contact logs, client surveys, and ensuring all maintenance and enhancement budgets are properly established and adhered to. Active participation in client-driven activities fosters strong relationships and promotes long-term business growth.

Employee management responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting supervisory training, resolving concerns between field and office staff, and cultivating crew morale by promoting a positive work environment. The role also requires meticulous attention to safety management by ensuring compliance with all safety programs, supervising branch safety officers, monitoring safety laws such as OSHA regulations, and taking charge of important safety procedures including the Hazcom Program and management of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for shops and vehicles.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all budgets: labor, material, admin
  • Manage account receivables
  • Review monthly reports, and understand the P&L
