Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt to new systems quickly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 plus years of food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and financial performance
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative and assertiveness
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership skills to manage, train, develop and motivate a diverse crew
- Passionate about hospitality and serving guests
- Ability to work 50 - 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Staffing the restaurant timely and efficiently with carefully selected team
- Ensure the restaurant environment is safe for team members and guests
- Oversee the orientation and onboarding process
- Write and implement shift leader development and performance plans
- Make final hire and separation decisions
- Create team member schedules considering sales volumes and payroll
- Own the performance of the entire team and create a respectful culture
- Audit operations and develop solutions for improvement
- Understand budget and cost trends impacting operations
- Create business plans and perform financial analysis
- Control cash, property, product, and equipment
- Build sales and control labor and food costs
- Meet targets set by Operations Leadership
- Maintain operational standards and identify maintenance issues
- Ensure communication between district manager and team members
- Coach, mentor, and develop high performing team members
- Leverage support of the Restaurant Support Center
- Ensure compliance with risk management standards
