Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three years restaurant management experience, preferably QSR
- Knowledge of employment labor regulations
- Experience in recruiting and selection
- Knowledge of health and sanitation laws
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Basic accounting and time management skills
- Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, QSR preferred
- Experience running shifts without supervision

Job Duties
- Manages, trains and coaches drive-in employees and management
- Conducts employee orientation
- Directs and assigns employees to various stations based on store volume
- Monitors employee compliance with handbook and policies
- Performs opening and closing duties
- Adjusts staffing levels during shifts
- Prepares employee work schedules
- Maintains inventory levels and places orders
- Monitors vendor performance
- Completes employment and payroll records
- Addresses guest requests and complaints promptly
- Recruits, interviews and hires team members
- Determines employee compensation within guidelines
- Prepares operational reports and develops action plans
- Implements marketing strategies
- Performs duties in basic stations when needed
- Ensures compliance with labor laws
- Wears required uniform and protective equipment
- Maintains sanitation standards
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
