This includes conducting orientations, coaching staff, scheduling shifts, monitoring inventory, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. In addition, the manager addresses guest complaints promptly and respectfully, fosters a positive work environment, hires and trains new staff, and enforces company policies.

The role demands strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of quick service restaurant operations. Job Duties
