We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our team who will be instrumental in elevating the guest experience by leading the daily operations of one of our busy locations. The General Manager role is multifaceted, involving oversight of all restaurant activities including staff management, quality assurance, safety protocols, and adherence to company standards. This role requires a leader who is approachable and customer-service oriented, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward operational excellence and impeccable guest service.

Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • previous deli or food service management experience preferred
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain and maintain per state mandates
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • display a positive and friendly attitude
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to meet physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum of 2 years’ experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • previous experience in deli or food service management preferred
  • experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain state-approved license
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
