The Hotel General Manager role at the Hampton Inn Gulfport represents an extraordinary opening leadership opportunity. The General Manager will have full authority over all departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage service areas, guiding the team to establish operational excellence and adhere to brand standards. As the flagship opening of the Hampton Inn Gulfport, the candidate will play an integral role in shaping the hotel's culture, building a high-performing team, coordinating pre-opening tasks such as staffing, vendor management, brand readiness, and quality assurance, and driving revenue and financial success.
