The role of General Manager is central to the success of our restaurant. This full-time position entails comprehensive management of daily operations, including overseeing employee selection, training, development, and performance evaluation. The General Manager plays a key role in managing inventory, particularly liquor and supplies, to optimize costs without compromising quality. They also focus on maintaining compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations across federal, state, and local levels. Ensuring guests have a consistently outstanding dining experience is a top priority, requiring the General Manager to direct event management and resolve any issues promptly. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with 5 or more years of front-of-house management experience who excels in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities extend to financial management, including budget oversight, profit and loss accountability, payroll review, and cash handling. The position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to work long hours as needed, and proficiency with MS Office applications and our in-house POS system. With a workweek that typically ranges from 50 to 60 hours, the General Manager must also be physically capable of handling prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and lifting over 45 pounds. Job Requirements

- Minimum five years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop and lift 45 pounds frequently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dropbox

Job Duties
- Understand and administer restaurant policies, procedures, and training programs
- Interview, hire, supervise, and when necessary, terminate employees
- Manage shifts including daily decisions, scheduling, and event management
- Complete all reporting and maintain accurate records
- Enforce sanitary practices and facility cleanliness
- Assure consistent food preparation and equipment maintenance
- Oversee product deliveries to verify accuracy and condition
- Implement corporate marketing plans and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Provide ongoing employee development and performance feedback
- Adhere to company cost objectives to maximize profits
- Manage budgets and profit and loss responsibilities
- Ensure timely financial and payroll reviews
- Control cash and receipts following company procedures
