We are currently looking for a General Manager to oversee and manage all operations of our restaurant. The General Manager (GM) holds a pivotal role, being responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant at all times. This leadership position requires maintaining and supporting the established business plan, ensuring the restaurant consistently meets its performance targets and business objectives. The GM will have the authority and responsibility to lead the entire restaurant team, ensuring that every team member is accountable for fulfilling their job responsibilities and performing at the highest standards. This position requires strong managerial skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to customer service perfection. The General Manager will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to align operations with organizational goals, handle issues proactively, and drive the restaurant's overall success. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related field
