The General Manager role at Logan's Roadhouse is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all facets of operations at a single restaurant. Job Duties

  • Model hospitality skills and behaviors by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant
  • Oversee restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals including hourly labor and cost of sales
  • Research and identify marketing techniques to attract new guests
  • Review and analyze monthly P&L and communicate results to managers
  • Develop plans to impact areas of opportunity
  • Monitor budget and analyze sales data to meet revenue goals while controlling cost from food waste and labor
  • Ensure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents
  • Complete financial and personnel payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment and manage injury documentation
  • Manage team scheduling and time off requests
  • Lead weekly manager meetings and build shift meetings
  • Communicate and conduct rollouts of new company programs, policies, and procedures
  • Handle all guest complaints timely and professionally
  • Build positive relationships with the community
  • Manage staffing needs including hiring, onboarding, training, and termination
  • Adhere to Federal, State, and local laws and company policy
  • Provide performance feedback and recognition to all team members
  • Communicate employee relation issues to Human Resources
  • Adhere to ServSafe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards
  • Delegate tasks while maintaining accountability
  • Oversee unloading and inventory rotation
  • Supervise all salaried managers and hourly team members
  • Ensure cash handling accuracy and make bank deposits
  • Ensure safety and security policies adherence
  • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships
  • Report facilities concerns and submit maintenance requests
  • Monitor food and beverage preparation and quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
