Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' current experience in casual restaurant industry
- Previous deli or food service management experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain State-approved license
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
- Positive and friendly attitude towards guests
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in casual restaurant management
- Previous management experience in deli or food service preferred
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain and maintain State-approved license
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
