Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous experience as a general manager or equivalent leadership role
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
- Experience or background in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Understanding of food safety and health regulations
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by managing operations and staff effectiveness
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and following up on performance
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build strong leadership teams
- Monitor daily restaurant activities and ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory, costs, and financial performance to meet business objectives
