The General Manager role at Cavallo Point Lodge is a critical leadership position responsible for continuing the lodge's dynamic and fast-paced operational excellence. The General Manager will work closely with the management company to develop and execute annual plans, achieve financial goals, and prepare long-term capital plans that ensure sustainable growth. Additionally, fostering positive community relations and acting as the hotel’s goodwill ambassador will be key to sustaining strong stakeholder engagement and enhancing brand presence.

The successful candidate should display a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, possess the ability to manage a diverse team, and maintain operational compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Duties
