The General Manager is directly responsible for training new managers and hourly staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, resolving guest issues promptly and effectively, and adhering to all regulatory requirements. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- at least 2 years experience as a general manager or assistant manager in a fast paced or full service restaurant
- valid driver's license
- must be at least 21 years old
