- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in management roles preferably in the fast food industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including executing company policies and procedures
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives while adhering to company guidelines
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure every item served meets Wendy's quality standards
