Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Good vision and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Compliance with safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including terminations
- Resolve employee complaints and operational problems
- Shape and maintain a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure their success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to the team
- Occasionally assist with category job duties
- Lead sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest and hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, and food and labor costs
- Manage P&L and optimize schedules
- Maintain restaurant equipment and company assets
- Perform additional assigned duties
