The role of a General Manager at Jalapeno Tree is pivotal to the overall success of each restaurant location. This leadership position is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations including front and back-of-house activities, labor scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. The General Manager directs team efforts toward consistent execution of brand standards and high guest satisfaction by supervising staff training and development programs for both managerial staff and hourly employees. Job Requirements
