The available position of Scenter Manager at Scenthound plays a critical role in maintaining the standards and excellent service that the company is known for. The Scenter Manager will oversee daily operations within their assigned Scenter, ensuring that health and safety protocols are strictly followed, and that both team members and clients experience the highest quality of care. The position requires an individual who is confident, hands-on, and able to manage important performance indicators such as Labor Efficiency Ratio, Average Ticket Price, and Rebook Ratio.

This includes recruiting and training new team members, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing quality standards through regular audits and active participation.
