Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Successfully demonstrated leadership abilities as evaluated by current General Manager, Area Director, and Vice President
- Business acumen to operate successfully a high-volume business
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability as evaluated by management
- Business acumen for operating a high-volume restaurant
- Responsible alcohol and food safety certifications
- Current alcohol and food certifications for kitchen managers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop associates effectively
