The position of 7Venture Stand Manager is a pivotal leadership role within 7 Brew, tasked with overseeing the full scope of operations at their assigned coffee stand. The Stand Manager carries the responsibility for the growth, profitability, and smooth functioning of their location, while preserving the core culture, mission, and values that make 7 Brew unique. This role combines administrative oversight with hands-on leadership and requires a passionate individual who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. The Stand Manager acts as the primary leader of their crew, building genuine relationships with their team members and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within their specific location. As well as managing scheduled shifts, the Stand Manager is deeply involved in coaching, training, administrative duties, and operational oversight. This position reports to a District Manager, ensuring alignment with broader company strategies and objectives.

In return for their expertise and dedication, the Stand Manager can expect a competitive base salary starting at $52,000 annually, with additional earning opportunities through a quarterly bonus program. This financial package recognizes the vital role the Stand Manager plays in delivering outstanding service, operational excellence, and team development. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or food service management experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as required
  • Comfortable working with hot liquids and fragile items
  • Ability to quickly operate any position in the stand during peak hours
  • Capability to safely walk between and around vehicles in a drive-thru environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to confront coworkers respectfully when needed
  • Must maintain awareness of shift operations at all times
  • Effective leadership under pressure
  • Must keep a valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a criminal background check

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication skills for uplifted, genuine interactions
  • Ability to adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Job Duties

  • Become proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets
  • Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement
  • Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth
  • Work with crew members’ needs and availability to create a weekly shift schedule, maintaining budgeted labor costs while ensuring quick service
  • Track and order necessary inventory, small wares, parts, and equipment, maintaining low costs through waste elimination and accurate counting
  • Ensure appropriate cash handling, deposits, and change management for the stand
  • Work independently while involving the district coach when required
  • Ensure crew knowledge and compliance with all health and safety requirements
  • Develop new leaders to step into future roles
  • Implement and communicate directives from upper management promptly
  • Delegate tasks thoughtfully to the leadership team and Brewistas to enhance efficiency and development
  • Responsible for hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions relating to shift leads and baristas
