Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED required
- some college preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- able to adapt to new systems quickly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 plus years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant
- demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
- knowledge of labor laws
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- initiative and assertiveness
- strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
- strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train, develop and motivate a diverse crew

Job Duties
- Staffing the restaurant timely and efficiently with carefully selected team
- ensuring the restaurant environment is safe for both team members and guests
- overseeing orientation and onboarding processes
- writing and implementing shift leader development and performance plans
- making final hire and separation decisions
- creating team member schedules considering availability and costs
- auditing operations and delivering feedback for improvements
- having complete understanding of budget and cost trends
- creating business plans and performing financial analysis
- controlling cash, property, product and equipment
- building sales and controlling labor and food costs
- maintaining operational standards
- identifying and communicating maintenance problems
- ensuring facilities meet company standards
- communicating from District Manager to team members
- coaching and mentoring team members
- leveraging support of Restaurant Support Center
- ensuring all risk management issues comply with company standards
