This role is dynamic, requiring flexibility with working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will bring a keen ability to problem solve, accept and implement feedback, and foster an engaging, respectful, and goal-oriented culture within the restaurant. Wingstop's General Manager is not just a manager but a passionate ambassador of the brand who champions hospitality, celebrates diversity, and fuels a motivating workplace environment where every team member can thrive.
