Coordination with kitchen staff, particularly the Chef, is essential for ensuring timely food production and maintaining cleanliness, which affects the overall dining experience. The role requires active collaboration with floor management and external services for maintaining service areas and implementing capital planning related to ongoing maintenance and budget compliance. Furthermore, the role extends to working alongside sales teams to manage contracted groups, develop sales strategies, produce and track sales goals, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and meet financial targets through effective marketing and operational excellence.

Employees working full-time in this restaurant are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including free medical benefits, underscoring the company's commitment to the well-being and satisfaction of its staff. The restaurant values diversity in all forms and encourages its employees to appreciate and celebrate differences in personality, lifestyle, education, and experience. This inclusive approach extends to welcoming people of all races, ethnicities, ages, religions, physical abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and genders. The company culture is one that celebrates diversity while striving for continuous improvement, aiming to create not only excellent culinary and service experiences but also a workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered.

By joining this restaurant as a key leader, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organizational culture, upholding high hospitality standards, and driving operational success through strategic planning, team development, and effective management practices.
