The GM serves as the cornerstone of the restaurant’s success, responsible for driving profitability, delivering heartfelt guest service, developing a dynamic team, and managing day-to-day operations. This pivotal leadership role ensures that all aspects of restaurant management align with our brand standards and business goals. Reporting to a District Manager, the GM directly oversees an Assistant Manager, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
The General Manager’s main focus lies in maintaining control over key operational metrics such as food cost, labor cost, and other controllable expenses, as well as ensuring optimum staffing levels to meet customer demand efficiently. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to handle restaurant floor activities
- customer service orientation
- valid food handler certification preferred
