Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of college or equivalent preferred
- minimum four years of leadership experience in BURGER KING restaurant or comparable industry
- proficiency in English for clear speech and comprehension
- strong math and Windows-based computer skills
- completed or willing to complete internal certification training such as GURU Certified, Foundations Training Certified, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Compliance Training
- ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts
- leadership skills to supervise 10-60 employees
- commitment to maintaining operational and safety standards
Job Qualifications
