Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of college or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum four years of demonstrated leadership in a Burger King restaurant or comparable industry
  • Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong math skills and proficiency with Windows-based computers
  • Commitment to complete required internal certification trainings within prescribed timeframe
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts as needed
  • Capable of managing teams of 10 to 60 employees
  • Experience in enforcing compliance with safety and employment regulations
  • Willingness to take ownership of restaurant profit and loss management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of college or equivalent education
  • Minimum four years of leadership experience in Burger King or comparable fast-food or retail/hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Proficiency in English with clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills especially in Windows environments
  • Completion or willingness to complete internal certification training programs such as GURU, Foundations Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment, and HR Compliance

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient product preparation and facility maintenance
  • Direct and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service in line with company’s mission and values
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff while maintaining high employee retention
  • Manage the restaurant’s financial performance including sales, expenses, inventory, and labor costs
  • Enforce compliance with food safety, government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Resolve operational issues and employee-related challenges swiftly and professionally
  • Implement marketing strategies and promote community engagement to enhance restaurant visibility and sales
